I am selling this business because I am looking to focus on my family business (real estate & gas-stations) and don't have the time to run it. Maadho.com has been performing very well compared to other websites opened at the same time (2.0% conversion rate vs industry average of 1.6%) and requires a few hours a week to efficiently run. I've been increasing my involvement in my family business so the amount of time spent on Maadho.com has been decreasing tremendously. Our shop is primarily focused on the $7 billion hats & caps industry. The hats & caps industry is projected to grow at 3% over the next few years and our shop capitalizes on this market. We have hundreds of costumers, stronger conversion rates than our competitors, and rank for a number of key words. Our gross margins are also industry-leading at 70%. Unlike other shops and companies, our Shop does not require significant time and investment to run profitably. Our online store was designed and built to give customers a clean and user-friendly experience to make purchases. My team of developers, SEO consultants, and designers built the site very efficiently so it could be managed and operated easily as well. I've set up the infrastructure (website, design, code, SEO ranking credit card processing) at an efficient level, so there are only a few items/tasks that are required in running the site; there are few other tasks that are optional as well. 1) Fulfilling items as they are sold (There is a mix between items that are dropshipped using Aliexpress and items that we keep inventory of). 2) Responding to customer feedback and mail. 3) Marketing the website/products to generate revenue.
