WHERE IT ALL STARTED

It began with our passion for fitness and going to the gym with an idea that created more than a shirt and a brand. Machine Fitness wants to motivate you to have the state of mind to Train Like A Machine. Through our apparel, social media channels and committed team, we grew a community of likeminded positive and supportive individuals.

From our brand name Machine Fitness our slogan was created - Train Like A Machine. From that our first slogan t-shirt was created. What does it mean? It’s a state of mind :

STATE OF MIND

"Standing dripping in a puddle of your own sweat; palpitations so strong that your heart feels ready to burst through your chest, and a mental fatigue so acute that every emotion you never knew you even had, feels ready to come pouring out of you. This is me. At the end of every workout.

Training intensely is a funny thing - for me it is just as tiring mentally as it is physically. The level of focus required takes a lot of energy - especially if you are training for a specific sport/competition. Never losing sight of your goal can be exhausting; but ultimately it is the key to success. Training like a machine to me is something intrinsic: it’s a state of mind. It’s the ability to keep powering through when your body is screaming for you to stop. It’s about pushing yourself to your maximum; fighting the pain; fighting the accumulation of lactic acid in your muscles and it’s fighting the urge to stop."

The reason of selling this business

Having ran the business for 8 years, it is time to move on - mainly for personal reasons. Running a successful business takes time, effort, and commitment, and it’s the time that I lack at the moment. I am at a point in life where I would like to spend more time with my family and pursue a new challenges. The business has a huge potential to grow, and I would love to see someone taking over who can take it to it’s full potential.

What's involved in running this business

A knowledge of facebook advertising and basic social media marketing to make consistent income and scale is recommended, or the budget to hire a marketing company to look after this.

Worldwide Shipping is currently done by us via our UK warehouse, the shipping companies and process are already in place and running smoothly. This can be taken over at the current location or moved to your own warehouse and alternatively fulfilment center if you wanted to go down that route.

The next product launch for mens is designed and ready to be handed over if required along with our suppliers for restocking current products. We have recently launched our new women's wear collection and our first time with women's wear, providing a huge opportunity to double the business revenue if scaled correctly.

We have current contacts for designers who we will pass over for assisting with future product ranges if required.
