Why this business was started
I essentially build and scale brands that i see potential with. The reason i started with this store is because of the mass market appeal, there is a huge audience to target and is not limited to a specif niche. almost everyone has a smartphone these days so the product we offer will most likely cater to their needs. Another thing is, that it is not complicated. It's merely a a phone case that is easy to put on and easy to deliver to the customer. There are no expensive product cost or shipping fees associated with it. The biggest reason is that the product addresses a huge problem that will always be here; people are always cracking/destroying their phones with drops, spills, ans starches. A simple phone case can help them prevent that without spending hundreds of dollars to get it fixed in a store or buying a new phone.
The reason of selling this business
We currently have other brands taking too much of our time. We are creating custom products so this requires a lot of creating prototypes and talking with the supplier about our design. I am currently only a 2 man team, so much of the work is done by me. I won't be able to effectively serve the customers on this store if i am constantly focused on the other projects. We are also in 2020 will be focusing more on app development and less on eCommerce.

The main things involved are running ads, customer service, finding new potential products, updating store stuff, and fulfilling orders. With the ads, you will mainly be focused on Facebook; turning ads on/off, creating new ad copies, and scaling your product. Fulfilling orders really only takes a couple clicks as you can select all of them at once with the shipping partner we use. With customer service, you will be responding to customers inquires about the status of an order, order cancellation, and custom request.

For true consistency and growth i would say focus on SEO (Search Engine Optimization). This allows you to appear on Google, Bing, & Yahoo search engines for relevant keywords. For Ads, i would constantly create new creatives (ads) to test and have a better chance at scaling.
