Why this business was started
This business was initially started as a hobby after becoming a stay-at-home mom. I needed some sort of creative outlet and we were looking for some form of supplemental income. After learning that there was a special niche in the market for baby/kids knee highs, tights, and stockings, I jumped on the opportunity. We quickly became one of the only shops in the industry to carry a full range of sizes for babies and kids in the season's hottest colors. To my surprise, the demand was even stronger than I had initially thought and business took off, however, at this point in my life having a toddler and expecting a new baby in a few months, it's just more than I can take on.
The reason of selling this business
The business grew into much more than just a hobby. As a one-women show, it was becoming overwhelming. I then discovered I was pregnant again and new I wouldn't be able to keep up with a toddler and new baby. It's time to let the business go and focus on motherhood.
