Why this business was started

We saw a gap in the market to supply people with automotive accessories at an affordable price. Since then, we've found a supplier for a scratch repair kit for cars. And the first time I used Facebook to test it, I had a 3.5 roas.

The reason of selling this business

Unfortunately I had cashflow problems, I don't want to sell it but I need money to scale my other stores too, I had to decrease advertising costs even though I would like to scale and increase them. In the last few days I am spending only $200 per day and continues to constantly make from $600 to $1000 with an average roas of 4.2. The shopify Valuation price is $12,550.00 but I am selling it at a discounted affordable price.

What's involved in running this business

I have a team of 2 people, I do market research and manage advertising, then there is a guy who manages the store (tests, upsells, emails and sms marketing ...) and creates new creatives and finally there is a girl who manages the customer service. you can also manage everything by yourself without the need for a team but I prefer to delegate some parts to focus on 20% of the things that bring 80% of the results

Other details about profit: The Scratch repair kit on the store can be sourced cheaply which give me good profit margin. That store was opened a while ago. That is why you're not seeing much sales before October 2021. And the store was also on paused for a year before I found the repair kit. Once I tried the scratch repair kit recently, that is when I had a jump in sales which proves that it is a winner.
