Business Story

Why this business was started

We started Mammoth Bar with a desire to provide a healthy, clean and portable snack option to a growing consumer group that is becoming increasingly health-conscious. Our goal is to make a nutrition bar that both tastes better than the competition and contains "NO WEIRD STUFF" - our company motto. No more bars that taste like sugary cardboard. We accomplished our first goal by performing blind taste tests with hundreds of participants when developing our recipes. We accomplished our second goal by making a product with only certified organic ingredients that resulted in a bar with more protein, less sugar, and No Weird Stuff like preservatives and common fillers.

The reason of selling this business

The founders of the business have decided to pursue other opportunities in the outdoor space.
