Why this business was started

Due to the pandemic I had to look for new sources of income as my company has had to cease its activity during all this time. I am a restless personI decided to spend my time learning e-commerce, doing courses on Shopify, Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

The reason of selling this business

Now that the pendemia is subsiding, my previous business, to which I have dedicated myself for 22 years, is waking up again and I don't have time to maintain both businesses. I have also created another shop on Shoopify for Private label which I want to dedicate myself to more seriously. I don't have the time or resources to dedicate the time this store deserves. I haven't done any advertising campaigns for more than 2 months, I only have a small Google Shopping campaign that works on autopilot.

      All the suppliers are from Aliexpress. We don´t know them to close. Most of the business has been done through dropshiping but when we have found a winning product, to speed up shipments from China and ensure we have stock, we buy the product from Alibaba and a contact's warehouses in China. This contact creates a VIP account on Aliexpress to process orders as if we were dropshipping. This formula is a step ahead of pure dropshiping and very beneficial. We can give the contact of that person.

    How to grow this business

    Analysing trends and constantly uploading new products and never stop studying. Being more aggressive with the campaigns and selling in other countries. An important issue would be to work more and better on social networks. In my case I have not worked them and it is a point to improve. Social Media and influencers will help to increase profit. Also this store has been working only for the spanisg market. It can be translated to english or other languages with an app, so it would work for a higher market places. In this moment trough Feed for Google Shopping app the store can operate in US, UK, Germany, France and Italy in their own language.

    Skills to have

    Use trend analysis tools and products such as Intelligynce, Ali Inspector and do good market research. The most important thing to sell apart from finding winning products is to create good adverting and master FB Ads as much as possible.
