I wanted to start a business because I wanted to be the owner of something different and innovative.
I am an eyelash lover and I wanted to bring a new product to the world and help women and make up lovers to discover a new pain-free form of wearing eyelashes.
When I discovered the Magnetic Eyelashes, I decided to try them and after checking the high quality of the product (which has 5 magnets instead of the usual 3 per lash) and the packaging, my only purpose was to give this fantastic make up accessory the popularity it deserved.
The reason of selling this business
When the COVID-19 peaked in China, we stop selling as this affected the shipping times of the product. I believe we stopped advertising at the end of January 2020.
However, we have spoken recently with our two trusted suppliers and they have both confirmed that delivery is back to normal and it is business as usual again for them.
Because of the temporary halt to orders, we did proceed to focus our attention on other business ventures and therefore decided to sell this store.
What's involved in running this business
Fulfilling orders from Aliexpress. However, the days when you have many orders you can send an Excel file to the supplier and they will fulfill it for you.
Running advertising campaings on Facebook Ads.
Customer service: however, there is an App in place that updates customers on their orders so you would be contacted by way less people than you would normally have.
