We will provide you with all the marketing tools you need to get this company rolling. During the escrow process I will transfer all the company assets and assist you in getting everything set up correctly.

Question/Answers: - How do I order more product? The fabric isn’t something you listed in inventory, is that something the sewing factory provides, or does that need to be ordered from another supplier and shipped to them (you listed $1.30 per pair)? -I will provide you with the 2 primary fabric suppliers and you will order from them, they are in Los Angeles and will deliver to the factory in Los Angeles where you will get more product from. You order by the yard or by the roll (71 yards).

• How much of a price break off the $12 is there on runs over 300? Is there a rate schedule (e.g 100-300 $12, 301-500 $10) -This is all negotiated with the factory. The numbers you put look like a reasonable estimate. We provide digital tech packs (the blue prints for making the boxers) so you can get bids from other factories as well as overseas factories.

• When it runs out, what is the cost per pair for the elastic, I wasn’t sure how much of a fractional yard is used in each pair? There was initially enough elastic for around 6,000 pairs from what we originally ordered... so, you should have plenty for 5,400 or so more. Pretty sure it is around 1 yard a pair.

• What are the advantages for buying MDRN? If you were to buy this business it is basically an "in" to the apparel industry since you are getting valuable industry contacts as well as a pre-build product line. You can easily add products by working with the contacts that I give you through this sale.

• Reordering packaging? Re-ordering boxes is $1.31/box. "plate fee" was $495 for the custom box. - Mailers go for $248.50 for $500. plate fee covered on these as well. The two plate fees are already paid and therefore will lower your re-order costs.
