A passion for the Australian fashion industry - some of the most talented creatives in the world in my opinion. And a chance to reach tens of thousands of women every day and support them through everyday life. It also provides a great lifestyle change where you can make $75-150k per annum as a salaried employee for roughly 20 hours per week. If you invested 40 hours per week you should see exponential growth over the next 2-5 years. Invitations to fashion week and private industry events also don't hurt!

The reason of selling this business

I have another business and between the two it's too much work. I have been working 60-90 hour weeks for 5 years. It's time for a break. This business should be a great little 20-40 hour a week job for someone depending on how much effort you want to put in (effort = reward) but 20-40 hours on top of my other business is too much for me and it's time to take life a little easier. I've built an amazing business! I've achieved what I wanted to do. Now it's time to handover the reigns and let someone else enjoy it.

Other details about profit: Profit is directly related to how hard you work to turn over your stock at full price. Exchange is grossly underestimating monthly revenue because it is including the early 1-2 years when we started from nothing! In a bad month we make AUD$30k and in a great month we make AUD$60k. Fashion is very variable but on average at the moment it's AUD$40-45k per month which should pick back up again once the lockdowns are over in the eastern states. Profit is around AUD$4-6k per month.

    • Personal support after sale

      I will provide ongoing training to the new owner for a period of 4 weeks included in the sale price. I am an experienced business coach and every process and procedure for this business is well documented. As a bonus, we will run through the business strategy and amend it to suit you and your values, we will update the marketing and social media plan together and then you will have the key assets to run your brand new business! I will then be available 24/7 for that 4 week period to support you and answer any additional queries (obviously I won't answer my phone or emails whilst sleeping but I will respond immediately in the morning). I will support you through any returns or chargebacks (we rarely get them) during that time, for continuity of care for the customer and anything else you may have questions on. I can also direct you to great resources for learning digital marketing, facebook advertising support etc. We will also discuss my previous buying strategy and what has and has not worked well for us in the past.

    Good styling skills and a great heart. If you're a bad person our customers will see straight through it and not support you. They are a beautiful community of supportive women and want to see nice people succeed. I will do a filmed handover with the new owner and ensure our customers see my endorsement - so I will only sell to someone I believe has a great heart and will do well in this business! The rest you'll learn as you go! Like I have!
