I have worn hair extensions for 10+ years and have seen demand for high quality hair at an affordable price soar in recent years. The average cost for human hair extensions is ~£200 in salons - I sell for ~£60 - ~£90 and make a fair profit from cost price (~£20).

I have a full time job and don’t have the capacity to handle the demand from customers or to respond to queries about the product in a timely manner.
What's involved in running this business
The owner needs to manage relationships with suppliers, place orders and respond to customer queries. I have a manual distribution process in place, but a new owner could automate the process through oberlo or similar if they felt comfortable doing so. In terms of marketing, I posted one sponsored instagram story every 2 weeks, which generated sales each day that it was active. The Instagram page is included in the sale and has a small organic following of 250.
