General description

MiniMini brand was started August 2015 focusing on trending baby and children clothes. We have previous experience with local bricks and mortal store. We decided to focus on baby and children clothes because we wanted to sell products that are demand all round the year and keep our store busy always. However with offline store we are limited that’s why we decided to take the business to the new level. Then easiest way was to start a dropshipping MiniMini store in December 2017. Benefits of dropshipping is no need to stock inventory and huge varieties, so there is very little cost in running the business and you make money upfront before needing to spend money on the product which is great.

Our website is really well maintained, all product descriptions and names are touched by us so everything follow the same pattern. We develop the blog so additional benefits we added to all clients.

So far we have established a great connection with our clients. Our customer service is perfect I can say, they respond to every case in less then 3-4 hours. Talking about numbers we have over 6% returning customers. This number grows every single day. The conversion rate (CR) is near 2% that means for every 50 visitor you will generate a sale. I have uploaded a screenshot from the [REDACTED] Facebook has a following of 7,500 people and is growing weekly. We have an email list of 1700 customers and subscribers and the store makes great money from emails alone.

Google Adwords also need more attention. So far we only used retargeting and people searching for our brand minimini SEO need to be improved. We did a lot of work to make our products visible but need to be improved with link building and etc. Try new games and promotions. People like playing games and win. This will emphasize the brand awareness.

We improved the theme, add other gadgets like timer, trusted icons, remaining balance for free delivery (not from the apps), blog posts, stock images, unique product name and descriptions, reviews, tags, other collections. Facebook product catalogue with over 25k products. Linked with Trustpilot for reviews, clients automatically receive emails asking for feedbacks. We have image optimizer so all pictures are SEO friendly and low size. Automation email for abounded carts with 3 step strategy.
