A unique home decor and furnishings dropship store with a great niche - for those who want a modern, Rustic farmhouse style that don't want to filter out all the others. Mostly handmade and domestic products. Product assortment opportunity is endless. We do keep MINIMAL physical inventory for only one vendor (takes up about 10 square feet if laid flat) however no physical inventory is necessary for the remainder of the store.

Valuation is 1.5x projected 2018 revenue based on growth patterns on all sales channels.

We do not do any paid advertising. Right now we have an email list of about 1,000 subscribers and a social media following of 35,000 plus 600k+ impressions monthly on Pinterest. SEO value is crazy on this store and ranks above Amazon and Wayfair for a lot of keywords. We also sell a select few of our products on third party sites with Shopify's integrations.

Incorporate paid advertising and streamline the ordering process. You can see that our lowest month ever was because we had to return about $3,000 worth of back orders due to a glitch in the process. A learning curve that you won't have to deal with because the knowledge will be passed to you!

Our highest sales months were legitimate and we were selling via Amazon and Houzz which tripled our sales, however decided not to sell on those platforms anymore as we didn’t have the bandwidth to handle all the orders.
