Our store has experienced 5 years continuous growth and has become one of the most recognised brands in our marketplace. We have established great relationships with our suppliers who are some of the biggest and well-known heritage brands within our demographic. We have established a fantastic customer base which is evident by our continuously growing social media following. Our site visits continue to grow year on year as do the number of repeat customers. On top of there is many opportunities for growth we have yet to explore.
There is a huge amount of potential to grow this business. ModWear has previously been run on a part time basis. The future owner would instantly benefit from allocating additional time than was previously assigned and tapping into Facebook and Instagram Advertising ontop of expanding advertising via Google Adwords. The business will also be improved by investing in additional brands. We have continued to add new brands each year and have identified a number of brands who will help to continue to take this business forward. The current business model is perfectly placed to on-board Woman's wear something we have been asked about on many occasions. Lastly the buyer may want to use platform for launching their own clothing brand.
There is the day to day running of the business, this includes order processing, inventory management, marketing / customer relationship building (mainly via Social Media) and general website maintenance.
Every season we meet with our brands representatives and make investments in future seasons stock (Twice a year). We also try to grow our brand awareness by maintaining a blog and actively communicating within our networks. At present this is done by the 2 directors on a part time basis who also have permanent jobs.

Other details about profit:We have seen 5 years continuous year on year growth. Increased turnover has led to greater profit. Higher profit margins are attained during Autumn and Winter Season where we receive larger orders containing multiple products and higher ticket items such as coats. On top of this during the Autumn Winter season we see a huge rise in our Accessories section. Last year we also started to seek additional routes to market such as selling via our Amazon Shop which has significantly boosted our turnover (figures not included in the Shopify only statistics below but Amazon Shop is included in the sale) We have also found that this has generated additional revenue but has also attracted people back our site. This has been achieved by more traditional post sale methods of marketing.
