Molle & Alice are a couple of strong, out going ladies who want to share there love of the outdoors with you. They want to show you beautiful places around the globe and ways to keep the environment natural. We provide quality products at the best prices possible so that individuals, families, and organizations can get a chance to experience and discover the outdoors. Molle and Alice are portrayed as a couple of strong women but are also styles of backpacks. The idea is for subliminal messaging. Molle, Molle, Molle, Alice, Alice, Alice - buy backpack. When going into to nature you should be prepared, we have what you need to be prepared. The target audience has been peppers, nature lovers, and environmental protection. My favorite app I use is EcomShipper. It is a paid app that I have for free, (I got in during beta trial). It can change shipping prices for individual products. Product Upsell by bold apps is another app used that is very helpful. The store recently hit the $100k in sales with an advertising budget of $46k. There is defiantly room for improvement but a goal has been met. How can the future owner improve the business?

Being one person doing this has become a struggle keeping up with the growth. The next owner should be prepared to make daily post to the Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest M&A accounts. The new buyer should setup a messenger bot for automatic responses to questions and a way to run advertising on messenger for free. Customer service is an area I have struggled, so that needs improvement.

What work have you put into the store?

The store was created November 2017 and has grown into a beautiful website. Email collection with auto responders are setup. Print on demand is set up to auto fulfill. Social media accounts are set up, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest. I try and post daily on all social media channels.

I have become obsessed with internet marketing and everything that come with it. There is so much to learn.
