We saw potential in Montbes and wanted to try out eCommerce since it was something we've never tried before. At the start we had very limited time and figured that dropshipping would be ideal for us since it isnt very time consuming and is a very good way to start in the eCommerce field.

-The store has been 100% inactive for over 1year, meaning no advertisements and godaddy is not being payed for-
We purchased Montbes because it had alot of flaws which we knew we could fix. We cleaned up the store by hiring shopify webdesigners so that we now have a top tier store. But our lack of experience in marketing/eCommerce and real life issues and some other factors sadly got our priorites on other things and Montbes started suffering, going from its peak at $13K/month to barely getting $100. We do not hide the fact that Montbes is suffering but if you got the time and money, and mostly experience which we never had you could turn this store around to what it once was.

How to grow this business
I would reccomend the owner to order a couple of items home, so that you are aware of the product you are selling. I would also reccomend to change the product photos, currently they are using the standard stock photos recieved by the suppliers. If you are determined to grow this business a good option would be to take your own photos in different enviroments of the products. This is something we never did.
Reach out to influencers to give the store a "trusted face".

The perks of having a drop ship store is that there is not alot of skills needed. I reccomend being experienced in photoshop in order to create ads.
