The reason of selling this business
I am now a full time day trader. I have no time to run the business and to do day trading. Day trading is more feasible to me, so that's why I want to pass the webshop on to another owner to serve current customers and many more to come. Right now is a good time to sell, since we have passed a million $ in revenue, making it possible for you to become the owner of a million dollar business for a good price.
What's involved in running this business
My day starts by doing emails, this is the channel customers use when asking about their order or our products. You could expand on this with live chat or social media channels, but for me email is the most efficient. After doing customer support I place my orders using Oberlo. Once a week my P/O box contents gets delivered to my house containing customer returns for refunds or repairs. This is not too much since the return rate is less than 5% (below industry standard). In terms of getting customers I run Facebook and Google Ads. If you wish I can export the ads and targeting from the accounts and give them to you, so you can get started quickly. Currently not focussing on growth. The ad spent is very limited at the moment because I am now a day trader and don't have time to do both the business and trading. I scaled it down temporarily, but keep it running so you can easily scale it back up (machine learning from ad accounts don't get lost this way). In terms of retaining customers you can use email marketing. I am currently not actively targeting customers, other than automated emails using Mailchimp. This is mostly just for abandoned cart emails though. Much room to expand here! We also don't utilize social media much, so much more room to explore and expand here too.

How to grow this business
Expand to UK. NL+BE market covered with good branding. Please read section about what's involved running the business. Use email marketing more, we only use abandoned cart emails now. Much room to expand here. We have social media accounts, you will get them too. We rarely use social media, so much room to expand here. The Google Shopping ads have a lot of room to scale up, especially the UK, where we just started expanding to. Find more products to dropship and import them using Oberlo. Simply try out different products for different niches using very limited ad spending, while the rest of the business makes the money.
Skills to have
Well, you have to know how to do customer support (email) and use Oberlo to place orders. For ads, I use Google and Facebook with as much smart targeting as possible. This is easy and the most accurate way to target new customers. It helps a lot if you can tell more about a product's benefits. I usually buy and use them myself for a period of time to ensure that the product is of good quality. Supplying and shipping is very easy thanks to Oberlo and the dropshipping model itself.
