Why this business was started
I have owned a horse few years and i was bored of paying excessive prices for horse tack, supplements, fencing etc. So we tracked down a great supplier that do great products at fantastic prices. We knew we could help other people get these superb items at a great price. So we decided to start our small company. Please bare in mind physical inventory is not included in the sale price however if buyer is interested we can discuss prices to sell as a bulk package.
The reason of selling this business
We decided to sell our business because we do not have the space to stock some products. I do not have the financial stability to have adverts on facebook all the time. This is a small/ new company and it needs someone who has the marketing knowledge to expand on the marketing to get the name out there.
What's involved in running this business
Not a lot is invloved for this business, I currently spend about 2 hours a week on this due to me running another business. All website is built up and live, facebook shop is running and we have integrated to Ebay to help to increase sales. We generate business by doing a advert on facebook, as well as marketing emails. We do a few things to get repeat customers, we offer a loyalty scheme to encourage customer to spend more. As a company we like to hear how we are getting on, so we encourage customers to give us all feedback. Honestly, we do not offer enough time to the business, probably a maximum of 2 hours a week. We are currently not advertising any adverts at the moment due to selling. We did an advert on Facebook/ Instagram which the traffic through the website went in 1000's.
