Navigationforboats is a Shopify flex store, meaning it can be used to sell products that belong to different niches, though now it is used to sell fishing items. Flex store gives you greater flexibility to sell virtually anything and not to be stuck to one specific niche. For instance you can sell fishing and camping supplies during the summer but when winter comes you can easily switch hunting & snowboarding gear. But it also doesn’t mean that with a flex store you cannot concentrate on one particular niche. Navigationforboats right now is just committed to selling fishing products. I think it would also be a good idea to do mugs, cups and t-shirt or print on demand for fishing products. This has been designed to drop ship all the products from all over without ever touching, packaging and shipping the actual items. Doesn’t mean you cannot use this store to ship it yourself, however, with drop shipping you don’t have to have a warehouse filled with items that you, for more than one reasons, might not be able to sell. Drop shipping setup allows you to get paid first, then you can pay your drop shipper that ships the item directly to your buyer. This way you work smarter, not harder- virtually all risk is eliminated and you’re totally in control.

So far I have 5 vendors that I use that I will provided to the buyer each vendor they are easy to get setup. I have a total of $60,931.60 in year to date sales. I have added several apps Kit, Outfy, Privy, Sales Pop and Facebook Marketing. I use Kit and Outfy a lot to post to Facebook daily, this keeps new information being posted daily with just a few clicks.
While most of my buyers are from USA, Australia, Brazil, Canada and UK, I have always targeted worldwide audience. eBay has given me the ability to ship without the worry of shipping overseas. So many people from those countries do not have a local Walmart or Target to go to and are eager to buy from you! Even though you can purchase items from over seas most of my products are bought and shipped from the US.
The reason of selling this business
The main reason for selling my dropship store is that it has been hard for me to find the time to do research, advertising and answering question and posting to facebook page daily. I have a goal to try to keep my response times within 2 hours. All orders that are placed by 3pm eastern time are placed and shipped same day.

Simple and easy to run, I like to respond to all questions as soon as possible within 24 hours more like hours. Most of the time is spent on researching new items and what items you can run sales and running ads.

How to grow this business
I would test different advertising platforms, Google, Instagram, YouTube etc. Definitely looking at building email list and blog posting. I would also look into print on demand t-shirts, mugs, wall art ext.
