I started this business because there is a clear demand for this product and low competition at this moment. It was also clear from the start that this product had the potential to become a brand. When this store was started there where 2 competitors selling this product on a general store. Both stores had a video ad that had done more than a million in views so this was enough for me to show the potential of this product.
The reason of selling this business
I decided to sell the business since I have 5 other stores that simply are doing better numbers than this one with the same possibility of turning them into a brand.
Because building a brand takes time I decided to focus all my time and energy on my most profitable stores with the biggest potential.
However I don't want this store to go to waste since it has great upside potential for someone that is willing to spend the time and energy to turn it into a brand.

Currently everything is automated. * Email Marketing * Sms Marketing * Order Fullfilment * Customer Support * Updating tracking ( almost automated still figuring it out with supplier)
The time I spend on this store right now consists of 3 main parts.
1 Facebook ads ( testing creatives, checking metrics every 3 days, scaling winning ads pausing under performing ads etcetera)
2 Managing stock with current supplier. ( buying stock upfront, telling him the order numbers that need to be fullfilled, Updating tracking when shipped. We are working on getting tracking numbers updated automatically as well)
3 Messaging customer support representative to see if there are any issues that she can't solve on her own on a daily basis.

SuppliersThe new store owner will have access to the current supplier used for this store. The supplier offers both shipping from China with Yunexpress and shipping directly from a US warehouse with the possibility of buying stock upfront as well. It is also possible to dropship from the US warehouse without buying stock upfront. Here is an overview of what my supplier offers: 1 Dropshipping from China with Yunexpress 2 Dropshipping from the US 3 Holding your own inventory in his US warehouse. ( This option is great if you want to have full control over your stock)
