Why this business was started
I purchased this store on Exchange in November 2018 when it was still a fixer upper. Another seller started the business in August 2018 and flipped it shortly thereafter. Health and beauty products are an evergreen niche - people are always searching for ways to better themselves, so that's why I chose to buy this site. I put in many hours to get the product listings right, and spent quite a bit of money testing different ad strategies to find the audience and demographics that worked. I feel like the site is now in a good place to pass on to someone else to enjoy.
The reason of selling this business
To focus on other projects. I have polished up the site to generate consistent sales, so it is now ready to be scaled to its full potential. Ad spend was increased in August to show the potential. I have also started to build out the site using the Parallax theme, so if you wanted to continue that customization and buy the new theme, it would look really good. I decided not to mess with what works, so it's saved as a draft. The site is priced below Exchange valuation.
What's involved in running this business
The business is fully automated outside of fulfilling orders through Oberlo, and is very easy to run. It uses an AliExpress dropshipping business model and sales are driven from Facebook and Instagram ads through business manager. The site achieves consistent sales every month and has proven itself to be sustainable.
Note that the products on the website are randomly displayed in no particular order. Due to copycats, once the sale closes I will advise the buyer which products sell the best and which custom audiences in the pixel convert the best. You will also be able to confirm and see this data within the store.
Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer warehouses (China or USA). The only other work is managing the advertising campaigns, but once you get them set up it is very little effort. I have established all infrastructure in terms of apps, sourcing channels, and advertising.

How to grow this business
Increase ad spend, target other countries, advertise exisiting products, add new products. You can increase revenue by advertising the existing products in the store. The current data is based on sales from approximately four products on the site, so there is a lot of untapped opportunity in marketing to the existing lookalike audiences. You could also add new products. The site has an email list of 1,250+ that hasn't been utilized to its full potential. Social media is also underutilized with respect to postings and promotions. You could really ramp this up to increase engagements. You'll notice the business does not have a large number of followers on FB and Instagram - this is because they aren't necessary to sell the products. People click through the ads to purchase the products instead of purchasing through the social media sites themselves. However, you could increase awareness to promote sales. I promoted a few posts on Facebook and Instagram, but it proved that the Facebook business manager ads were more successful. You could also leverage Google, Pinterest and eBay ads since these are not currently being used. Additional 4.3% affiliate commission on all purchases from AliExpress.
Skills to have
Facebook Business Manager. The ads use lookalike audiences to push customers to the product pages. These ads only require monitoring and minor adjustments once they are set up. They are currently on autopilot. You will need to create your own ads using the pixel data provided, but I can guide you on this. Lots of custom audiences to use for growth, and I will let you know which ones convert so you can generate sales immediately. Suppliers are included.
