General description

Niya Brie is an online, trendy, women's clothing boutique. The store was created in April of 2018. I, the owner, created the store in hopes of possibly changing career paths. Given my background, I thought that I would be pretty successful at owning a store but soon figured out that I am not a great business woman. Advertising became very frustrating and time consuming to me. With a full time job and a 3 year old daughter, the store soon became more of a burden on me.

Niya Brie sells quality and trendy items. A lot of stores sell either quality items or cheap, trendy items so this store is the best of both worlds. The investment for the store is for the cost of the inventory. With the right buyer, Niya Brie could be a very profitable company.

How can the future owner improve the business?

An owner with a better understanding of how to properly advertise would greatly improve this business. Google Adwords and Facebook Ads and Instagram were new to me, and with a very limited advertising budget, I was not very successful in generating sales.

What work have you put into the store?

The website was designed by myself with a template, the photos were taken by me, and all products were researched by me. I am a one woman show.
