Why this business was started

I have been working with watches for many years and decided to start a vegan fashion brand as I was passionate about the idea and believed it will only grow which it becoming more true everyday. I also wanted to make a side income. I ended up designing and manufacturing two watch models and delivered them to Melbourne from where I shipped them.

The reason of selling this business

I have been thinking about selling for a year but have yet to find the suitable person who can take the business to the next stage. It is not about the money. I'm very busy with two other large ecommerce stores and it is unfair keeping this brand idle. There is a lot of potential here and hope the right person buys it.

What's involved in running this business

Currently, I'm only spending about 1-2 hours running this business. Most traffic comes from already existing organic SEO and previously completed PR and blogging and influencer work. We send regular emails to our small audience and the business converts occasionally. Our feedback is so far 100%. I have an outsourced staff who keeps an eye on the store and responds to any emails etc. However, as mentioned, there is a lot of potential for growth.

I have over 10 years experience in the watch business and will make sure we leave no stone unturned for a successful transfer and brand growth.

    The business needs content and a solid marketing plan. The potential for growth is there for grab. The business has been running since 2015 but I have not developed it much due to other commitments. I will pass on all the factories to you who will help and guide you if needed, and my support will also be there to ensure growth. The business needs to make more affordable watches and use relevant influencers and social media to grow. The brand needs a little injection of capital to take it to its full potential. The foundational work has been done, the brand only needs the right minded person with passion to take it to the next level.
