I am a parent and know the industry cost and money amounts that are spent on baby products, millions. It was easy to put myself in the consumers shoes. E-commerce was a way to build extra cash flow on top of my career. I also used this site for a learning and a testing platform.
The reason of selling this business
I have a full time career/business so I couldn't give this well developed site enough time to keep it growing along with branding. I have other ventures I am working on. The main purpose of this site was for testing and learning more about the industry.
What's involved in running this business
Like many e-commerce stores. It involves testing products, audiences, ads daily. Customer service, the great thing is 99% of customer service was done through email. Depending on your experience this will take 2-3 hours a day. I do have daily selling products lower ticket and higher ticket items that are still in demand. I'm selling at a good time so you get some sales while testing other products. I have Google ads running my high ticket products and FB ads for my lower ticket testing products.
