I started drop shipping because I wanted to make money while I sleep. I have made sales in my previous stores but they weren't very profitable.
I encountered the AirPods holder phone case on E-Sniper's Viralsniper and I was immediately sold. I knew people lose AirPods and want to keep them with their cases as much as possible. So I chose this as the winning product to go and built the store.
The reason of selling this business
I decided to sell because I would like to focus on my other stores that are suitable with a smaller team. This current store requires a lot of time and effort from myself and my VA to keep up with the customers and daily operations. If you, the future owner, already have a few full-time staff, this store is for you.
What's involved in running this business
Answering emails - tracking numbers, refunds, cancellations, taken care by the VA
Closing disputes - customers who expect their package to reach soon but don't get it will occasionally open a dispute. So far, we've only lost 1 Stripe dispute (no valid reason) and won all the others from Stripe and all disputes from PayPal.
Fulfilling orders - done in a few clicks with CJ Dropshipping. If we encounter any problems, contact Bruce, our dedicated Support Agent.
Refunds and Resend - done in a few clicks with CJ Dropshipping
Product launch & Promotions with Email marketing - using email marketing to launch new products and promotions (flash sale, black friday, 12/12, Christmas sale, Valentine's Day etc.)

Seller‘s Advice
How to grow this business
Influencer marketing. The sales from this store was built on 97% Facebook ads and 3% simple email marketing. I will hire Tik Tok and IG influencers to market the next wave of cases.
After that, I would privately label both the case and the AirPods. I will pay $1 extra to get better quality paper but make the unboxing experience and perceived value skyrocket.
Then, I would emulate top stores that sell cases (spigen.com and mous.co) in their lines of products, website layout, and sales funnel. I would launch more accessories that spigen and mous is already selling, adding them to the cross-sell and up-sell aspects of the funnel.
Skills to have
Marketing and Funnel building. There remains many products to upsell and cross-sell with phone cases. For example, screen protectors, charging cables, power bank etc.

In my previous job as a teacher, I spent thousands of dollars on courses by Tai Lopez, Dean Graziosi, Jordan Belfort, etc. on digital marketing. This helped when I launched my digital marketing career and found success in e-commerce. It is my main source of income and I am transitioning out of teaching.
