Why this business was started

We started Off Hours Coffee with the intent of using a premium product to do something different in the coffee space. Utilizing partnerships to do different types of projects. We have partnered with local breweries to create incredible types of coffee beers. We have also partnered with Ice Cream parlors, pizza shops, non-profits, etc... all help cross market and take pride in the collaboration.

My business partner and I have both received promotions at our jobs and have moved to different states. It is becoming tougher to focus on Off Hours Coffee with limited time.

Responsibilities include: - Accounting that is set up through Quickbooks - Vendor check-ins through our roasting partner - Social Media upkeep and marketing (Instagram, Facebook, email campaigns, Twitter) - Procuring packaging when levels are low (Roasting facility informs us when it is necessary)

Other details about profit: Monthly operational expenses are kept at a minimum (Quickbooks $50, Legal Fees $39 and Shopify $30) Our current profits are at a breakeven as we spend all of our profits on marketing and promotional products to generate engagement and brand awareness. Private Label services are included out the Cost of Goods and can be provided upon request. Over the last 8 months we have experimented with app subscriptions and other marketing tactics that have led to higher costs and expenses. We have trimmed down operating expenses to a minimum and the numbers that have been shown in this report are accurate. We also currently partner with a non-profit organization. They have their own branded co-op coffee and $3 for every bag sold goes back into their organization. This model is a "wash" scenario, considering discounted shipping. So, the total amount of units sold is a bit skued in comparison to the over profit margin. Avg. bag of coffee sold is 37% profit margin after packaging, private label services, coffee. We have can provide a full service agreement based on what was provided from our vendor.

      Available to answer questions an provide support during transition of sale for up to 60 days. Responsibilities will include: - Work with all vendors and partners to ensure smooth transition of ownership - Any website/app testing. - Any communication/customer support regarding subscriptions. We are committed to making this a seamless transaction. We will support the sale in every aspect so the current consumer base does not feel what is happening behind the scenes. We will remain a "Employee" until new ownership agrees they have full control. Anticipating this will take 45-60 days for full transition. We will be able to communicate through text, phone call or zoom. All interactions must be scheduled ahead of time due to work schedules. We will commit a response is to be made within 24 hours and scheduled calls will be made in 2-3 business days. Text is the preferred method of communication prior to scheduling a more in-depth discussion.

    Off Hours Coffee Project is a drop ship business that markets and sells high-end specialty coffee. We currently partner with a master coffee roaster based out of Montclair California that handles all of our day-to-day operations. What makes this business incredible is we only pay for what we sell. Coffee is roasted fresh and shipped out 4 days a week. Off Hours Coffee does not own any inventory. However, we do own packaging that has been paid for and is housed at the roasting facility. We are currently sitting on 6 months of packaging.

    The high-end specialty coffee industry is rapidly growing and what we have done with our branding and position truly sets this business up for long term success. With an emphasis on strong digital marketing, this brand has the potential to grow nation wide and generate strong revenues.
