Why this business was started
The reason I decided to start this business was to learn about digital marketing and ecommerce. I thought the fashion industry was the most suitable option due to the facility to start selling and the constantly growth of the environment and opportunities. I am currently studying Business Sciences and I wanted to learn more about how everything really works and get to know from first-hand how to market products properly. This is a great store to test things and really undersand how the ecommerce and digitar marketing works.
The reason of selling this business
The purpose of selling this business is to free some time for myself, as I am currently running another store, studying at university and working in a marketing agency. This store was the first one I created, and I haven’t been active enough the last few months (that is why the average monthly revenue is low).
What's involved in running this business
The principal task in running this store would be advertising and promoting the products. I started with influencer marketing in Instagram and later used the pixel to run LAA in Facebook Ads. Fulfilling orders and ordering the products from suppliers is quick with Oberlo and using mass fulfilment tools. Customer service is not a problem as I make clear customers know the shipping time is 2 weeks. Also, with the Sponsorship Program we have, our Ambassadors usually take care of the concerns and questions from clients.

How to grow this business
I would schedule daily post with influencers and fashion pages on Instagram, with only two weeks the Facebook pixel should have enough info to start a campaign with LAA. At this point, if the AOV and Conversion Rate hasn’t changed much, you should have around $300USD net profit, which you can invest into testing ad sets to find the one that performs better. Once the ball start rolling, you let the targeting to facebook and only focus on renewing the ads and email marketing.
Skills to have
Should understand how dropshipping works and be familiarized with social media. As I provide training, no more specific knowledge is needed. Obviously, the more the new owner knows, the easiest will be to start.
