Why this business was started

I noticed a large trend in the aesthetic / thrifting space and noticed that there were plenty of products on aliexpress that cater to this style. People love the weird / unique stuff and it's so fun finding new products each week for the store. I also ended up installing printful in order to sell print on demand designs that matched this overall feel as well.

The reason of selling this business

As much as I'd love to continue with this project, I've got too much on my plate right now and can't give the store the attention it needs.

What's involved in running this business

Email marketing, recruiting ambassadors, etc. Also making sure to keep the store fresh with new product on a weekly basis if possible. It's also important to check for new orders as they come in and fulfill them in a timely manner via oberlo (although the printful orders are handled automatically).

    How to grow this business

    Keep adding new products and focus on recruiting ambassadors. You will also need to work on building a social media following for this store using instagram and facebook. The accounts I had for this store are not included with this sale and have been converted to something else. It took me around 3 months to build the instagram following to around 2k, and I'm confident anyone else good do the same from scratch as long as you put in some effort with posting and networking.

    Skills to have

    Facebook/Instagram marketing is a plus. Also be in tune with the aesthetic / thrifting culture.
