I decided to start this business as I wanted to create another stream of income for myself as everything is unpredictable these days. I chose this niche because I saw a lot of potential in the customer base. Before I start a new store I research the niche to make sure there is an abundance of product to roll out. I also check Facebook audience insights to make sure there are several million + audiences that I can start advertising too. I have always had a passion for business and thought this could be a great opportunity.
The reason of selling this business
The main reason is my plate has just gotten to full. I just launched a new brand in February and I also started a new social media marketing company as well. Even though this company is very profitable and has long term growth potential It is not what I am passionate about. I have been in the ecom space a long time so I am slowly moving towards projects that excite me and brands that make me passionate. If this store really gets worked on it could hit 750k a month quickly.

Use Facebook advertising to run lead, purchase, and re-targeting campaigns -Use email marketing for an internal marketing plan - Use google ads for SEO traffic and re-targeting. Finding new products and niches to continue expanding. Personally answer customer service questions or outsource to a VA. 99% of our visitors are generated through Facebook ads. We have great custom agreements with suppliers and we work with them through excel to fulfill orders. We are planning on conducting some more product research on what new designs customers would be interested in.

How to grow this business
This store could easily be scaled to 30k-50k a day just off of Facebook ads and increasing budgets. I would start testing Snapchat, Pinterest, Google, and tiktok ads for this product. I would hold a lot of sales and create marketing plans based on holidays and events for past customers. Work with our supplier on creating new custom designs to market. We are currently doing anywhere from a 3-4 ROAS and this could be even higher with more data and testing.
Skills to have
We’d advise that anybody buying this store have a basic knowledge of Facebook marketing and CRM or at least be able to outsource that to the right people. Secondly, being able to work with suppliers and VAs is extremely important for a business of this size.
