The site was just set up a few months ago. Due to family health issues, one of the partners cannot continue with this and so we are selling the site. The sale will include all vendors information and contact info for a fulfillment center. The margins are anywhere from 500 - 700% depending on the item. This can be an excellent revenue stream for an individual who is social media savvy.

Q & A
Why should someone buy this store?
You should buy Open Habetat if you want to take over a site that is already set up and are interested in the home decor space. If you have marketing and social media skills - this is a great chance to run with something already built. Vendors and suppliers are already set up as well and new products can be added to the shop easily.
How can the future owner improve the business?
Commit to social media presence and digital marketing to get the word out about the line. The marketplace that carries these, doesn't carry nice ones or affordable ones. You can find a few artisanal lines on instagram who hand-make them on their own and sell them for over $500 a piece.
What work have you put into the store?
Set up of site, product imagery and vendor/supplier relations.
I have run several businesses in the past and can help with advice. I took on this project to help a friend launch a side business in home decor online. Unfortunately, she had a family health issue and won't be able to commit to the side business. I am personally not interested in home decor and would love to pass on what we have set up to someone who is! :)
