Business Story

Why this business was started

1) Fill a niche in the beverage market. Create an e-Commerce platform for organic, natural soft drink makers to feature their brand.

2) Provide a place for brick and mortar business owners and individual consumers to locate and purchase soft drinks that have a greater degree of excellence (wholesale and retail).

The reason of selling this business

Organic Soda Pops is the authority for the organic and natural soft drink market on the world wide web (ranks on page one of Google for 99.9% of every keyword for the organic and natural soft drink market and more).

Adds great value to the food and beverage industry.

Has Internet age (7+ years).

Receives steady inquiries from restaurants (Restoration Hardware etc.), hotels & Resorts (Marriott, Hyatt, Starwood Hotel Group etc.) cafes, bakeries, health clubs, movie theaters and more.

Organic Soda Pops has exceeded 25 million dollars in revenue for the brands we feature from our commercial business leads (with no advertising dollars spent).

NBC expressed interest (The reality show "The Profit" wanted to feature OSP in an episode. We turned them down). CBS expressed interest in featuring OSP for a Sunday morning lifestyle program.

Women's Health magazine has mentioned Organic Soda Pops in articles and we still receive steady traffic from those articles.

Red Bull expressed interest (VP Kim Pham contacted OSP from Norway).

Endorsed by the Polar Film Festival, Explorers Club, and others.

Received an offer of 1,000,000 shares from a craft soda company for ownership of this project. Accepted and later declined the shares. (Details and proof are available).

I have a agreement with Cornelius and Lancer corporation to sell their soda fountain machines and accessories to receive $500 to $3000 commission per unit.

We signed an agreement (6/28/2022) with a alkaline water vending machine company and receive $1000 to $2000 commission per unit sold. Today (6/30/2022) we sold our first machine.

The organic craft soda segment dominated the market in 2020 and held the largest market share of 57.05%. This growth is attributed to the growing surge in intelligent customers who are more value-oriented and concerned about their health and fitness.

We will consider selling 50% of this project and form a partnership with anyone that will help establish an online distribution system etc. (and other various methods of monetizing).

    Seller‘s Advice

    How to grow this business

A distribution system must be created to generate repeat B2B revenue.

We tested a B2B distribution system working with FedEx LTL freight and delivered one pallet (1000 bottles) of organic soft drinks from New York city to a restaurant in Virginia Beach. The delivery was successful and the shipping cost was under $200. With the wholesale and shipping cost the restaurant earns more than a 50% profit margin per unit sold (bottle).

In order to establish a global soft drink distribution system working with all the major freight companies (FedEx, DHL etc.), a senior full stack engineer (developer) must be hired. The distribution system will require time to create and to test before going live.

CRM must be in place, legal agreements etc.

Once everything is functioning properly, wholesale accounts with commercial businesses will be created.

I am interviewing several presentation designers to create a pitch deck for Angel investors, VCs, and Crowdfunding to raise the capital needed to cover the cost to build out the distribution system and carry the project until it is self funded and profitable.

Add the entire fountain soda machine and accessories catalog from Cornelius and Lancer corporation. Set up retail pricing and checkout on the store. SEO to rank on page one of Google for the most frequently searched keywords for the market ( fountain soda machines etc.).
