    How to grow this business

    A distribution system must be created to generate repeat B2B revenue.

    We tested a B2B distribution system working with FedEx LTL freight and delivered one pallet (1000 bottles) of organic soft drinks from New York city to a restaurant in Virginia Beach. The delivery was successful and the shipping cost was under $200. With the wholesale and shipping cost the restaurant earns more than a 50% profit margin per unit sold (bottle).

    In order to establish a global soft drink distribution system working with all the major freight companies (FedEx, DHL etc.), a senior full stack engineer (developer) must be hired. The distribution system will require time to create and to test before going live.

    CRM must be in place, legal agreements etc.

    Once everything is functioning properly, wholesale accounts with commercial businesses will be created.

    I am interviewing several presentation designers to create a pitch deck for Angel investors, VCs, and Crowdfunding to raise the capital needed to cover the cost to build out the distribution system and carry the project until it is self funded and profitable.

    Add the entire fountain soda machine and accessories catalog from Cornelius and Lancer corporation. Set up retail pricing and checkout on the store. SEO to rank on page one of Google for the most frequently searched keywords for the market ( fountain soda machines etc.).
