I received an invite from a friend who works in the industry to build an e-commerce. With my background in technology and his industry expertise we took on the challenge and have been very successful so far.
The reason of selling this business
My decision to sell the business is because it has become a bit time consuming for me to manage and it has been keeping me away from doing what I do best. I am involved on other personal projects and I decided it is time to move on and focus on my other projects.
What's involved in running this business
Our business is aimed directly at the Lawn and Garden sector, a $30B industry.
Our process involves buying from a large distributor that drop ships all of our orders directly to our customers. Once an order has been placed on our website, we forward all the order information to the distributor who then prepares and ships the order to the customer. Orders can be sent to anywhere in the world!
