Why this business was started

I decided to start this business 8 months ago because I was always looking for a super unique product that will bring more value and a "wow" effect. After founding out about the anit-celullite push up pants and building a brand around it we definitely had a great vision for it. PeachBoom is a problem solution for many women with their insecurity. We found out about anit-celullite push up pants when googling about the biggest problems women face daily.

The reason of selling this business

While I love this business, I've been running it for over 7 months now and my interests have shifted to other projects. I have been starting SEO businesses and having success there, so I'd really like to free up my time to focus more on that.

I've also worked for myself a long time and have been having some health issues, so I've greatly reduced my working hours, leaving me with less time to work on the things I am really interested in.

What's involved in running this business

The day to day running of the business involves these tasks:

  • Customer service - Answering emails primarily
  • Processing returns and shipping out clearance items (we offer returns, but you don't have to, we just choose to take product back and resell it as clearance if it's like new)
  • Checking Facebook ads, creating new ads. (Often when I launch ads, they don't need much maintenance for weeks at a time, just changes in budget, sometimes launching new creatives)
  • Launching new Products/Designs for the store

The orders are automatically fulfilled by the supplier with a tracking number for each order! So no need spend hours in manually putting tracking numbers. Also the tracking numbers are given automatically by the App Proveway Uptrack, which makes sure to give PayPal all the tracking numbers, to make sure to have a healthy relationship with Paypal and the customers, so they can be happy and purchase again from the store.

    How to grow this business

    Over the next five years I'd do several different things to grow the store.

    • Test new product offerings to keep things fresh
    • Scale to snapchat/tiktok/google
    • Take influencer marketing to the next level by scaling collaborations
    • Run Google campaigns beyond just Google Shopping. There is a ton of volume there and we've never tested running search campaigns.

    Skills to have

    There are no special skills the new owner absolutely has to have. I do work with facebook ads daily, so it would be good to have experience there, but if you don't you can hire an agency or a freelancer with experience running ads and that would be a good place to start.

    That being said, experience with shopify and facebook ads would be helpful.
