Pearle Swimwear at only 3 months old, is in the top 9% of traffic for Shopify stores that opened the same month as us.

Conversion rate is around 2-3% (almost double the industry average). Note that all traffic is organic and much effort has been put into building an audience organically. Additionally, average order size is 2-3 pieces. We have an extremely low return rate of 0.1% and we have return customers as our drop shipping pieces we have spent hours sourcing high quality products, hence the very low return rate.

We have a mailing list with proves powerful to recover abandoned carts. We also have an Instagram account (3 months old) with over 2700 followers.

A little bit of background about us. A team of two, 1 designer/ creative marketer and a business marketing strategist, we have an abundance of knowledge from branding to building a start up. We build our start up businesses with a lot of care and thought with no corners cut and Pearle is no exception.

We are selling it because we are here to build starter sites with a good initial boost. There is no ad spend related to this, thus all traffic and sales is organic, we would love to sell this to someone who knows how to work ads and this site will do exceptional with a boost in traffic. With an input of extra capital and effort this business has A LOT of potential and room to grow. The online swimwear market is one of the largest (surprisingly all year round) with large margins to be made due to inexpensive material costs.

Branding is very important and we are strong with that. Vanity Fair (Condenast) have intact reached out to us offering a slot in their current publication as they thought the branding was strong enough to compare with the likes of other luxury brands.

There are many Instagram influencers interested and ready to collaborate with this brand. Our main tasks of branding are done and we now hand this baby to you.

Why should someone buy this store?

This store is high quality compared to other starter stores (as per Shopify, they send us cards to our homepage telling us we are doing a lot better than industry standards). This store has a lot of potential. Vanity Fair (Condenast) has contacted us as they thought the branding was strong to be on Vanity Fair.

How can the future owner improve the business?

Paid traffic will work really well as average order value is high and conversion rate is high compared to industry standards. Currently all traffic is organic.
We have spent about 30 hours a week on this and so it is one of our part-time projects, this can go very far if more marketing efforts are put into it.
