I've always loved the idea of a personalized pod store and since I love pets myself I thought this would be a great fit. Personalized ecommerce stores are a big part of this industry in the future because people love getting individual and unique products therefore I think this is a great business model and you can build a real brand with it.
The reason of selling this business
I currently want to take a step back to re-evaluate what I want to do in the near future. Im currently also studying and want to focus on that for now. The capital I receive with this sell will go back into my next business venture.
What's involved in running this business
Most of the business is automated so that you can focus on growing the business, not running it. There are a few steps in the ordering process that I liked to do myself so I can check the quality of the products from time to time but that could be easily automated aswell. Main focus for me are ads, social media and email marketing. I would definitly recommend the new owner to go heavy into influencer marketing since there is a lot of possibility.

Also I will give a introduction to my current facebook ad and email marketing strategy. I will prodivde this personal support for at least 2 month after the sale but I am open to help out after that timeframe as well if things remained unclear.
Product photosProduct photos and videos will be supplied through a google drive access where I will upload everything I collected since I started the store. I will also make sure to add facebook ad creatives so that continuing the store will be as easy and convenient as possible.
SuppliersYou will get access to a premium supplier based in Germany with great relationships and good pricing that you can't find anywhere online. Main products are phone cases and textiles. We are using a very special and fast ordering process using a private FTP server so that ordering is as easy as it gets. Regarding the posters I am currently using PosterXXL with a B2B account which I can definitly recommend but there are other oppurtunities aswell.
How to grow this business
I would go heavy into influencer marketing and you can easily expand the business to cover europe entirely. I get a lot of interest from people from England so I would probably go there first. Facebook Ads are currently being done, but there is still a lot of oppurtunity left on the table. I think Pinterest Ads might be interesting too.
