Why this business was started

We bought this business thinking we would have another revenue stream without much of a time commitment. We wanted to learn the industry without giving up our current careers. All the infrastructure was already in place, including the employees, apps, and social media pages which have a following of over 250,000 people combined.

The reason of selling this business

We quickly realized that the business needed a lot more effort out of us than we could give. The business was generating $150,000 in revenue some months and we thought we were prepared to handle that volume. We have other business opportunities that have come up and we are ready to part ways with this established revenue generating business.

What's involved in running this business

At the minimum, you must coordinate with the team and they will provide you updates however often you may like. They can take over the marketing also, but I would advise either you or someone you can physically be with take over the marketing. All the social media and customer service is handled by the team.

There is so much potential. We had plans to partner with local stores and have exclusive contracts just to sell their items. We wanted to create an app. Creating a market place where customers can resell their certified baby clothes on our site under a PRE OWNED tab. We will take a cut of the profits.
