Why this business was started
Wanted a side gig to increase my income first by working on it and then turn it into passive income. I used a basic Shopify theme and heavily modified it to look as it is right now.
It was created to use Printful as the POD provider but you can change that for others like Printify.
It has a FAQ page, Shipping, Refunds and Terms and Conditions also but you might want to review them and adjust if you want but most of the important stuff is already there. Even a "Photo Guide" to help the customer take a better picture to send.
The reason of selling this business
I don't have the time to work on this and also I'm not in financial position to invest in marketing or products to make more media.
What's involved in running this business
You need to love pets and have a little sense of good design I think. You should be comfortable editing photos and in the future be able to manage people remotely.

How to grow this business
I would start to outsource the photo editing process using people from Fiverr/Freelancer/UpWork which is the hardest and more time consuming task of the process.
Would also look for more Print-On-Demand products to use instead of only phone cases.
Skills to have
Be able to edit photos to cut the pets from there. There are several apps for iOS (and I think there should be for Android) that does this and it's a minimal investment of a couple bucks. I used one on iOS called "Magic Eraser Background Editor" which allows me to basically erase whatever I want from the image by using a brush tool. I also bought a stylus like pen to make it easier. I did this on my phone but if you have an iPad or a tablet it may be much more easy.
