One day, I tried these smartphone lens kits, and I thought they were cool, and the people I showed them to also thought they were cool. Since most peoples use their smartphone to take pictures, I decided to sell them on a website.

I'm now into fulltime consulting for my eCommerce clients, I don't have enough time to manage it properly.
What's involved in running this business
At the moment, it's dropshipping for testing purpose. You'll have to fulfill orders on Aliexpress, but if you start scaling I highly suggest to buy in bulk and send to a fulfilling center. I also suggest you search for more smartphone photography-related products to make upsell & cross-sell. Then, of course, there is the advertising part. I've made some photo and videos ads to promote the website (they'll be included in the website) but I suggest to try more creatives to find the one that will get you the cheapest cost per purchase

How to grow this business
If I would have more time to manage it properly, I'll try to create a community of peoples who loves to take and share pictures with their phones. The whole point is to have this community and provide them with cool products to improve their smartphone photography experience. I'd mostly use engagement ads and then make retargeting on the peoples who watched/engaged the video. AdWords is a great way to get peoples on the website too.

It's always useful to know basic Photoshop and video editing even if you can outsource it.
