How to grow this business
Become an authorized dealer for suppliers & add new products to the current catalog. I would also consider expanding into new areas in the Home, Garden, & Furniture industry. Promote sales & products through the email list & increase presence on social media. In addition, I would also introduce FB paid advertising.
I have been out of contact with the suppliers for about a year since stopping paid advertisements to the website. Re-establishing contact and the announcement of a new owner for the website will need to be communicated to the suppliers. The possibility of an updated supplier application may be required to update new owner information.
