Our team and I launch eCommerce businesses from the ground up and lay the foundations required for a long-term profitable brand. This business is in the highly profitable beauty niche with high-intent customers (over a 7.31% conversion rate over its lifespan).

We found a couple of high-demand products in a broad niche and decided to launch a store around them. One of the biggest advantages is that most of the best-sellers in this store are evergreen products that will continue to profitably sell over the next few years. This is not a trend/hype-based seasonal store which will die out.

Over the past year, it has successfully accumulated an email list of 44,000+, SMS subscribers of 10,500+, and much valuable pixel data, while being profitable. With this, it is primed for long-term branding at the hands of someone who wants to capitalise on these assets.

As mentioned above, we launch eCommerce businesses intending to sell them down the road with valuable assets, primed for branding. This store has accumulated a large customer base with great conversion rates, and a large email and SMS list. This business has a lot of untapped potentials as we have not yet explored email and SMS marketing. The results achieved have only been with paid advertising so there is a lot of money left on the table. What's involved in running this business

This business has been a relatively passive income stream, with few daily tasks. On average, a total of 30 to 45 minutes is required to fulfill orders (via an app inside Shopify for bulk fulfillment) and check on current advertising campaigns. The customer service (emails, comments, and messages) is handled by one of our VA’s which simplifies our tasks. We have SOP's (included with the sale) which include easy-to-follow and step-by-step templates for customer service responses.

Aside from these, we recommend sparing a couple to few hours each week for any new marketing campaigns, product launches, or testing new ads. However, these can all be outsourced as well if wanted.

    Moreover, with the 44,000+ untapped email list (15,000+ recently engaged email customers) and 10,000+ SMS list, this business can send out weekly campaigns to increase AOV. It has a significantly higher than average conversion rate (7.31% over its lifespan and over 10% at scale on certain months), representing the engagement of these customers.
