I started this business as a way to earn income on the side with very little additional time spent as I work another full time job. I am also interested in baking bread and sharing a great Sourdough Starter with customers all over North America.

How to grow this business
There is a great opportunity to expand further into the United States as the majority of our sales come from Canada. Additionally, this business can easily be used as a platform to add dropshipping options for other baking products / equipment. Lastly, there's the opportunity to partner with Social Media influencers to improve marketing. I've recently partnership with an influencer with more than 60,000 followers and this has positively contributed to sales.
Skills to have
Should be interested, or at least willing to learn, about baking Sourdough bread. You'll also need to know how to use social media and run a Google ads account (it isn't hard to learn the basics and I can help explain the marketing strategy during the transition period). Should also be confortable with communicating with customers through email.
