Why this business was started

I started this business out of a passion for Star Wars. I noticed that there were almost 0 to none lightsaber sellers active and all the sellers that were active were selling the lightsabers for a crazy price. The prices that they charged are more than 4 times the prices that we charge. So you could say I saw a gap in the Star Wars niche and decided to fill it. It started out as something I was really passionate about and wanted to make a business out of but has now grown into a potential market leading business.

The reason of selling this business

I am relatively new to the e-commerce space and not that good at marketing and running a business yet. I know this business has a very high potential of becoming the market leader as its one of the first lightsaber resellers at this price point with the fast shipping and great customer service using influencer marketing (which no other lightsaber reseller is using at the moment). But I also realise that this business won't reach that potential if I run it unfortunately. I believe that if someone who had more experience and who is better at running a business than me would run this business it would live up to its potential and become the market leader.

Involved in running this business is, taking care of customer service by answering the inquiries provide by Mina who does all the customer service for this business. Also running ads on social media (facebook & instagram) and keeping in touch with our current influencers and finding new ones. Obviously order fulfilment is also part of this business.

    This store is active in the "Star Wars" and has a lot of potential in the next 1-3 years due to the rising interest in Star Wars and all the films and series coming out in 2021,2022 and beyond. The Star Wars fan base is one of the most passionate fan bases in the world and this business is in the top 5 lightsaber sellers in the world. I would suggest keeping this business very active amongst influencers to keep as many fans engaged in the business. I focused very heavily on getting influencer on board with this business. I have managed to get one of the biggest Star Wars influencers attached to the business with around 1.2 million influencers over instagram and TikTok. I would suggest keeping the current influencers active and try to get as many influencers attached to the business in the future. This business has a very happy customer base because of its fast shipping times in the us (1-5 days with fedex) and great customer service done by our customer service assistant Mina. I would suggest keeping the current supplier as we have a great relationship with them and keeping Mina as the customer service assistant to keep all the customers happy.
