Although the theme was free, I enhanced it further with my knowledge of html/css. I designed the website and logos myself. I set up a business Gmail, Google analytics, and a Google My Business account. There is an Instagram that has been maintained and gained 300+ followers. There is an $18 credit on tracking & delivery updates by AfterShip, an app that gives customer deep insights into where exactly their package is. Oberlo is used to source products (110 onsite), with 20 additional products in drafts. Most of the income was through facebook ads so I highly recommend you use Facebook to generate lots of income with a nice high converting website like this.

    I would scale the store by continuing to optimize our Facebook & Instagram data as well as backend marketing primarily through email. We have failed to properly utilize our email list as I don't have much experience in email marketing. White-labeling products would be the next logical step as we offer a variety of products that can easily be custom labeled through our suppliers. Hiring an SEO expert to help our ranking with outdoor keywords will also increase sales
