Why this business was started

I was living in Bali, Indonesia and built relationships with local suppliers for what is now an extremely popular wicker bag. I noticed no one was selling these bags in the US, so decided to create LIVN to fill that gap in the market. I knew this product would crush it during summer, so I decided to setup the drop shipping infrastructure to support the inevitable trend.

I am not passionate about women's hand bags. I got into it to take advantage of a trend over the summer last year, and since then have gotten involved with other projects that truly interest me.

    How to grow this business

    I would go heavy with instagram content to continue building the brand. You have a huge competitive advantage to acquire customers with this hot product, because you don't need to reach out to influencers, the influencers will reach out to you because they all want the product so badly. Most brand have to spend countless hours & lots of money to get influencer deals...not with shop livn. They all just want the product for free and are more than willing to post about it for the product. Focus on this with complimentary face book ads campaigns and you'll be able to grow the brand succesfully
