This store has been running for a long time, and a lot of effort and money has been put into it to make it work. Sugar Skulls have a lot of fans, and there is ample room for growing the store into a very lucrative venture in the future. Last year, we poured in more than USD$150,000 in Facebook advertising. The ad account is yours to play with, pixel and everything. The designs are exclusive to Skull Graveyard, we have a designer that made some amazing designs that you wont see anywhere else. This isn't an Ali express model. There is excellent room for growth, no inventory, and a high repeat customer rate.

High repeat customer rate. Niche is low competition, and our designs are done professionally and are exclusive. You will have access to the designer and all our unique designs and items. Super Facebook Pixel - amassing a ton of data over the last couple of years with extremely high performing ads that can be revamped and rerun. Advertising - we stopped advertising in 2018 because the owner has other ventures he is working on and no time to focus on this website. This could be restarted to amazing effect. Plus all our ads were direct to sale. If you advertise creatively, the sky is the limit. 12,000+ subscriber base that has not been worked very well at all. Our email marketing is almost non existent. Engaged Facebook fan page with more than 72,000 likes. Leverage that power. Page 1 on organic google search for the niche. I am selling because it isn't lucrative enough for me to hire somebody to do the ad work and do a lot of work to expand the store. How can the future owner improve the business?

The future owner can do A LOT to improve the business, namely: Instagram ads and influencers. None of that was ever leveraged. Google Shopping. Merchant center is set up but we NEVER did google ads. Youtube video ads. This is the new hot marketing platform, make entertaining videos and your brand elevates. Spend more time on the store. Currently, the owner only spends 2 to 3 hours a week on the store, at most. If you put in 10+ hours, it is bound to prove fruitful.

What work have you put into the store?

Last year (2017) we put a lot of work into this store. It has a solid foundation and amassed more than 400,000 USD in revenue (see screenshot). This year we are not doing work, it is self-running, with a high repeat customer base and the rest from some retargeting (100$ a month) and some direct from google organic search. We always try our best to keep our customers happy.
