Why this business was started

While doing my research for winning products, I found the posture corrector. It's an amazing product and it blew up recently on social media. If you can get a small piece of this craze, you can make 6 figs off of this product alone.

After seeing this potential I started running ads to it, and immediately saw great potential (2% conversion rate).

The reason of selling this business

I'm too busy with running other businesses, and I simply enjoy building dropshipping stores from 0 and selling them after proving their concept. I would say digital marketing is my weakest point in making it work, so if you have experience & knowledge with FB Ads, the store will run a lot more profitably compared to my results.

What's involved in running this business

Traffic generation - create & monitor paid traffic in Facebook ads manager. Order fulfillment - using a fulfillment app similar to Oberlo to automatically fulfill the orders (same process as Oberlo) There is no need to do any product/market research, as I have done it before when writing the product description and the site itself. To make the business run the best way possible you will need to do the following - 1) Set up email marketing campaigns (not cart abandonment, I wrote those). 2) Create ad campaigns on Facebook and potentially other platforms. 3) Increase AOV - introduce upsells to customers, add related product to the store, run promotions to the email list, etc.

The base of the business is built, the website & product are solid, they only need good marketing campaigns and improving the backend. Do this and the store will take off.

    How to grow this business

    1. Focus on custom content in marketing - if you make watermarked custom creatives, the store will start to get a serious number of purchases, and eventually grow into a brand where you can upsell related products aswell.

    2. Build social media presence - the store is entirely branded with its name, SlouchMuch, if you can use this opportunity to build social media profiles around it, you would generate a lot of brand awareness and organic sales. I haven't done this part at all so you have a huge room of improvement.

    Skills to have

    Digital marketing - FB Ads, Adwords. The store is already selling at a very good conversion rate, so you only need to send quality traffic and nothing else (other than order fulfillment of course).
