We started another business and decided to take another path. We currently do not have the time to focus on this store and brand and think that someone with the dedication can take it to the next level. The potential is great because of the open range of products that can be added to the product line and app. The margins and average order values are very good with even more potential if properly bundle.
What's involved in running this business
The most important thing in running this business is the marketing and advertising. All first time sales come from cold traffic which we used Facebook and Google ads and if they converted right away, our system is set up so that all orders are automatically sent to our agent that sends out the products directly to our customers. If the cold traffic does not convert right away from the first time a customer visits our site, we then reach out to our Klaviyo email team that has flows set up to retarget the customers with discounts and incentives. Our email marketing conversion is over 20%. We also use Facebook ads for remarketing as well fo the middle of the sales funnel and bottom of the sales funnel. Once our agent is paid, the orders are fulfilled. We have a VA that handels all the questions and comments on our social media about our products and any questions that potential customers might have and current customers that already received the products. In the mean time we are always looking for new items to add to our catalog and expand the brand.

How to grow this business
We have built the fundamentals to take the business to the next level. We created an echo system for verious products that can be added and run off our custom phone app. Our custom SharkVeillance app can opperate multiple different products. We would grow the store by offering a variety of surveillance products and continue to push marketing to create affortable home security products. With the custom app, it allows you to branch off and also sell house hold gadgets such as cordless, wifi vacuums and much more. I would also work on landing and product pages to increase the conversion rate of the products. These are minor changes that will change your net profit dramatically. We will provide all the social media that we have currently running and the new owner would grow the following for more customers and exposure. We will also share our current ad accounts from Facebook that has all the previous history and metrics so that the new owner of the company can built and expand on the marketing from where we left off. We have over 1.5 years worth of Facebook metrics where you can see which ads worked and which have not to further grow the marketing.
Skills to have
The new owner should have general knowledge of how to navigate and run shopify and a general understanding of the products that the store is selling. We will off course explain the backend of the custom app and where the new owner needs to go to operate and make any changes to the custom app.
