Smartwachos is an online dropshipping smart watches store that has been targeted to Mexico, but you can grow it worldwide.

The reason I am selling it is because I have no time to run it properly. I have a main store and a coaching business that require my entire focus. Last couple months had been very busy for my other businesses so I hired one person to run the business but, again, I have no time to manage it so I decided that it is better to sell it to someone that can grow it.

Why should someone buy this store?

This is an excellent opportunity to enter mexican industry. Online sales in Mexico grow at a 2 digit rate. The store reached a maximum of $5,000 in revenue with minimum effort (1 hour daily), imagine what you can do with a "full time" focus. Plus, there is plenty of room to grow it worldwide.

Shopify's recommended price for the store is $7,000 USD but I am selling it for $3,000 USD because need the money to invest in other projects.

How can the future owner improve the business?

  • Custmer service: By only this, you should see an uplift on revenue.
  • Onsite optimization: exit intent pop ups, coupons/discounts, timers. Maybe another theme, one that is optimized for conversions.
  • Email marketing: The stores comes with a 5,091 subscriber database so an email marketing strategy should bring fast revenue. -Content strategy: Social media accounts were never nurtured with action oriented content. But FB page has over 30k fans, so it should be fairly easy to bring revenue.

What work have you put into the store?

I worked 1-2 daily hours from December 2016 to June 2017. Then my other businesses took off and I reduced work time to 30 minutes-1 hour every other day. I recently (October 2017) hired an assistant to run it while its sold. She works half an hour daily, mainly to fulfill orders and customer service.
