I love the idea of starting an online business and not needing to buy any inventory upfront to be able to adequately gauge the success a business would be able to have without too much upfront costs and it has really showed.

I don't want to sell it! But since the Brexit my accountant can't get the needed information about taxes to be paid and asked me to stop selling in the UK for the moment... My company is based in France and commucation is complicated between these 2 countries.

Furthermore, I have two other dropshipping stores that I'm running, two customers I'm taking care of their Facebook campaigns and a full time job as project manager in dropshipping. I am also on a brand development project which takes me a lot of time (Instagram influencers). I'm feeling I can not give this store as much attention as it deserves and it's a shame that the store is just a bit like a side project at the moment.

Things involved running this business is fulfilling orders, running ads and keeping in contact with the supplier. Also there will be some customer service but you can use Virtual Assistant services.

I only sell on Facebook ads, there are so many opportunities to grow this website by adding new strategies (Influencers, Google, Youtube, Snapchat, emailing, SEO,...)

This is only UK market but could be tested in USA, Canada, Australia,...

I tried Snapchat Ads, made some sales but I have had a lot of junk traffic so conversation rates has been divided by half during this period... I am not sure if the Snapchat pixel has correctly been installed.

Sales are made because the website is very professionnal, I also made winning and irresistible offers which converts a lot. You can add upsell products to get a better AOV and make more profits!

I take care of customer service everyday and I answer to customers very quickly. Generally people are surprised and happy of the reactivity when they have a problem. I know exactly every little things and solutions. I created pre-filled emails (that I will give you) so I don't spend hours on customer service.

Orders are fulfilled by my very trustworthy agent in China. Delivery delays are 8-12 days to UK. I will give you my agent contact, Facebook strategy and page, opportunities to add other winning products in the website.

The best running Ad has currently 633 likes, 90 comments, 110 shares.

Products are NOT seasonnal products, it can be sold all year long and for the whole family, many times a year!

This store is at his "teenager" level. I only used Facebook and Snapchat in UK. To be tested : Instagram influencers + Google Ads + emailing + Youtube Ads + SEO (+more) strategies. I am not selling any upsell product yet but you will considerably increase your profits by doing it! Had no time to try other strategies. There are also many other winning products to be tested in the same niche!

The futur owner must already have had a small experience in dropshipping (at least one website) in order to know basical technics. I will teach to the owner my strategies so he will keep going on this way. I already paid more than $10,000 in different courses about marketing strategies, Facebook Ads, Instagram influencers, Google Ads...
