In order to further improve this store, I would advise the future owner to do the following:

Set up Virtual Assistants for both email/FB Messenger customer service and order fulfillment. At the moment, I handle both customer service and order fulfillment on my own, but the future owner may want to outsource such responsibilities in order to save some time. If requested, I'd be more than willing to set up such automated systems, but just note that you, the future owner, will still need to educate/train them if am unfamiliar question/situation occurs.

Secondly, I would suggest that the future owner continues to scale up the 8 new FB marketing campaigns that I've recently set up. There is potential in them to help scale this store to over 2/3K a day. Furthermore, I would advise the future owner, to generate more content with this particular product so that he/she could add to the site design and/or run additional marketing campaigns with such content. Additionally, I have yet to run any re-targeting campaigns on FB, so being that this store has amassed a lot of pixel data, I would highly advise the future owner to do so, as there is so much potential in converting previous visitors into customers.

Finally, I also see room for growth in potentially up-selling this product, so that a customer is enticed into buying more than one or is enticed into buying accessories that could accompany it.

What work have you put into the store?

As the current owner and creator of this store, I've completely designed this store from the ground up, created both high quality videos & images that add value to the "SnoreLess" brand, and have sourced a reliable supplier who will ship out orders within a 48 hour time period.

Furthermore, I've seamlessly integrated top-notch software/"apps" (please reference the list of software/apps below to get a better understanding of what I use to increase my store's overall conversion rate and sense of professionalism) to enhance a visitor's probability of completing a purchase.

In addition, I've completely set-up an abandoned cart back-end system, in which a customer who abandons his/her cart can get re-targeted by email strings and Facebook Messenger notifications. Both funnels help to convert visitors into a customers.

Additionally, I've grown this store's email list to over 2300 individuals and have built out an email sign-up marketing campaign on Mailchimp that has generated over $2250 in additional sales in the past 30 days.

Moreover, I've acquired marketing material to run as Facebook Advertisements and have been running such material in successful campaigns for the past 60 days. Thus, resulting in a large sum of highly valuable FB Pixel Data.

Other details about profit: Please note, the above stated profit and the expenses shown below reflect the average growth of our business throughout the months of August and September 2018. This store was only launched 5 months ago at the end of May 2018. For the first two months (from May - June 2018), I spent time building/designing this store from scratch, sourcing out a reliable supplier, and devising a marketing plan. For the month of July 2018, I put this marketing plan into place and started to scale up my Facebook Advertisements. This store only truly began to live up to its potential come August of 2018, where it generated $34,661 in revenue in just a single month alone with 27% profit margins (see below for an explained brake-down of this store's profit margins). As we progressed into September 2018, we had a solid first week of sales where we generated just about $10,000 in sales; however, during the second week of September our main marketing campaign began to not perform as well and we had to shut it down. In doing so, our sales took a significant dip. At this time, we immediately invested a lot of money into testing 8 different advertising campaigns so that we could get our sales back to over $1500 per day and solidify the long-term nature of our store. In doing so, for a period of about 18 days we were just slightly profitable as we were reinvesting all of our profits back into our store.     Over the next five years, I would do the following to grow this business:

    I would white label this snoring device and design unique packaging for such device to add value to the SnoreLess Brand.

    Furthermore, I would continue to outsource content production to create more content around our anti-snoring device to increase brand awareness and reach untapped audiences.

    Lastly, I would grow the social media accounts of this store on both Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram in order to further increase the reach of this brand.

    The future owner of this store should have experience with both Shopify Dropshipping and Facebook Advertising (or another form of marketing). This store not only requires experience to maintain, but also to grow, scale, and initiate future marketing campaigns. Knowledge of operating a Shopify store and utilizing social media marketing (especially on Facebook) are skills required to successfully run this business.
